Eat Stop Eat Review

Overview:

Eat Stop Eat is a weight loss and fat burning program that was developed by Brad Pilon, who is a nutrition expert and body builder.  After getting a degree in nutrition, he ended up working at a sports supplement company.  He traveled the world and met with several experts in the field of nutrition and weight loss.  He had the opportunity to conduct tests on several athletes as well as body builders, and monitored them on various experimental weight loss programs. He developed Eat Stop Eat from results of scientific research that he completed in graduate school.  His Eat Stop Eat program claims you will lose weight quicker than ever before, with short periods of fasting and weight training. Eat Stop Eat explains why some people are successful at losing weight and burning fat, while others aren’t.  Brad calls his system the “Anti-Diet”, for people that are tired of diet plans that have them constantly measuring food and trying to eat at certain times of the day.  The Eat Stop Eat system claims that short term fasting increases fat burning enzymes, rather than decreasing them. Overall, the plan is effective.

5 Things You SHOULD Know About Eat Stop Eat

  • The claims made are backed by scientific studies and referenced in the Eat Stop Eat program book that you receive.  The last portion of the book is a list of these studies.

  • The plan is easy to follow and doesn’t require special equipment, special food, or a large amount of your time. Once you buy the Eat Stop Program, you have all you need to follow it.

  • The Eat Stop Eat program is an e-book.  Once you pay for the program, it’s sent directly to your e-mail.  You have instant access to the program and can start on it immediately. You don’t have to wait for anything to arrive in the mail.

  • There are 3 different plans including the basic plan, deluxe plan and advanced plan.  You can determine how much money you want to spend and which one of these plans is the best for you.  All 3 plans include the Eat Stop Eat program book.  The deluxe includes a protein guide and the advanced has the Eat Stop Eat book, protein guide and a guide entitled Ten Day Diet Solution, plus 6 audio files with transcripts and several interviews with the author.

  • The plan offers a money back guarantee. You have 8 weeks to read the book and try the program. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, you are guaranteed a complete refund.

  1. The only issue with this program is that it doesn’t give you any sort of exercise plan.  It covers the importance of strength training, but doesn’t give specific exercises. You have to find these on your own.

Summary:

Overall, the Eat Stop Eat program lives up to its claims.  The book is only 90 pages and easy to read. You won’t need to spend time figuring protein, carbohydrates, fat, etc. for your diet, and you won’t have to eat six times a day like some diets require. You decide what to eat.  You can still go out and eat with friends and family and not worry about every calorie you consume. Your metabolism won’t slow down and your body won’t go into starvation mode from the brief fasting. You will actually increase the fat burning enzymes in your body. You will be able to lose weight without losing muscle.  You won’t need cleansing products or supplements for this plan. Plus, the book gives you information on the scientific studies done to come up with the program.  With 8 weeks to return the system if you aren’t satisfied, it’s worth it to try this program and see if it works for you.
